The idea could be an image of your own or a reference picture. The idea as well could be a description of a product you are willing to have.
If you are sending an existing picture, it is your responsibility for the use of this Image.
While descripting you must precisely indicate your needs. For example, you may need to know that depending on the type of rug it requires different yarn.
Product – size and materials
You need to specify the size of a rug while ordering.
Floor rugs are usually made of 100% wool. Acryl or mixed yarn is suitable for wall rugs.
Price
Price is calculated individually for chosen material, size and complexity of your order.

Process
You will get a price offer after sending a description of an image, product type, wanted materials (yarn type) and size.
If the price is suitable for you, then you will get an invoice for prepayment (50% of the full price). Prepayment is not refundable.
After the payment is done you may pickup your item from our office as well as we can deliver it to your place.
All rugs made by Tuftish are handmade and are delicate.
Cleaning:
Vacuum cleaning
- Vacuum regularly without rotating brush.
- Do not vacuum on high setting, vacuum on low setting instead.
Spot cleaning
- Do not put in the wash.
- For spills, blot immediately using an absorbent cloth, then spot clean with a little bit of water and soap.
